Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. You are not required to be home at any point during your cleaning. That being said, if this is your first appointment, it's usually a good idea to be present when the cleaning crew arrives so that you can provide them with a walk-through of your home. Once your cleaning is complete, it's also a good idea to walk through the home again in order to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.

Is a tip already included in the cost of my cleaning?

No. All of our pricing does not include any tips or gratuity.

How can I get a quote for cleaning my home?

We make it very simple. Just visit our online booking page and enter the required information. You will get a quote instantly.

How long will my cleaning take?

We usually estimate 1 hour per bedroom, but we do not specify a length of time for our cleaning service. We clean until we are finished for a standard home and within reason. For special cases like hoarders, or extremely large homes, we may adjust the estimate for fairness.

Do I need to provide any of the needed equipment or supplies?

No. We bring everything needed to provide you with a great cleaning experience.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

No problem, but please notify us 24 hours in advance.

What if I have pets in my home? Will that affect my service?

Please let us know what pets you have! Usually with dogs it is better for them to be secured in a yard, spare room, garage, etc. They will typically be more comfortable with an unfamiliar face in their home if they are in a safe and secure area. We also ask that you please provide your own vacuum and broom for allergy purposes.
